We are hiring full-time Toddler Teachers for our early learning programs, focusing on children ages 18 months to 3 years.
- Responsibilities include planning weekly lesson plans for a classroom of 8 toddlers, supporting children alongside a co-teacher, and documenting observations using Teaching Strategies Gold and Creative Curriculum.
- Teachers enhance language development with LENA technology, communicate routines with families via Procare and Remind, and receive support from aides, family advocates, and educational coaches.
- Qualifications include CDA or 12 college credits in Early Childhood Education, with preferred degrees in related fields, and passing background checks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged.
- Experience in teaching or childcare is preferred.
