About the Role:Join CASA DEI BAMBINI MONTESSORI OF MAYFAIR as a Toddler Certified Montessori Teacher, where you will inspire and nurture young minds in a vibrant learning environment. We are dedicated to fostering independence and a love for learning in our students through the Montessori method.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement engaging Montessori curriculum for toddlers.
- Observe and assess each child's development and learning progress.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.
- Encourage independence and self-directed learning among toddlers.
- Maintain an organized and well-prepared classroom space.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the learning experience.
Requirements:- Montessori certification for toddlers is required.
- Experience working with young children in an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of Montessori principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for early childhood education and child development.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
