Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests placing takeout orders in person and over the phone.
- Accurately enter orders into the POS system.
- Ensure every order is packaged correctly with all requested items, utensils, condiments, and beverages.
- Verify food quality, presentation, and accuracy before orders leave the restaurant.
- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked takeout area.
- Assist with third-party delivery orders and drivers.
- Create a positive first and last impression for every guest.
