Title Operations Specialist

(Vehicle Titles • Issue Resolution • Multi‑State Processing)



Join a fast‑moving team where accuracy, organization, and ownership make all the difference. As a Title Operations Specialist, you will be the go‑to expert for resolving title issues, ensuring clean and marketable titles, and supporting a smooth workflow across multiple departments.

What You’ll Do


+ Manage and resolve incoming title issues received through email, text, and phone calls, ensuring timely, thorough responses.


+ Take full ownership of each title issue from start to finish, escalating when necessary to keep resolutions moving forward.


+ Process and review vehicle titles from various states, verifying accuracy, completeness, and marketability.


+ Receive and organize incoming title packages from UPS, FedEx, and USPS.


+ Distribute titles to the correct departments and ensure documentation flows smoothly.


+ Create documents required to support title marketability and compliance.


+ Sort titles by VIN to ensure they are routed to the correct buyer.


+ Upload and record verified titles in internal systems with high accuracy.


What You Bring


+ At least 1 year of experience in vehicle title processing or a closely related role.


+ Demonstrated success handling title documentation, discrepancies, or multi-state requirements.


+ Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with customers and internal teams.


+ High attention to detail and the ability to stay organized while managing multiple tasks.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kansas City, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
