Business Development Executive – Title Insurance

A growing title insurance company is seeking a highly experienced Sales Executive with direct experience selling to clients and industries that actively use title insurance services. This is not a general sales role — candidates must come with relevant industry relationships and a proven track record selling into the real estate, development, lending, legal, or related space. Someone with unrelated sales experience (food sales, retail sales, etc.) will not be a fit.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with real estate developers, lenders, attorneys, nursing home operators, and other industry professionals
• Generate new business and close high-value title insurance deals
• Expand company presence within the real estate and transactional space
• Build long-term partnerships and maintain strong client relationships
• Work closely with leadership on growth strategy and business development

Requirements:

• Proven business development or sales experience within title insurance, real estate, mortgage, lending, legal, or related industries
• Existing book of business and strong industry connections preferred
• Demonstrated track record of closing deals and generating revenue
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Highly driven, professional, and results-oriented

Base Salary: Up to $100K DOE + Strong Commission Structure
