What You'll Do:
You'll be the driving force behind successful residential real estate transactions, guiding buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders from contract to closing day with confidence and expertise.
Your Day May Include:
- Preparing and conducting residential purchase and refinance closings.
- Reviewing and interpreting mortgage loan documents.
- Preparing and balancing settlement statements with precision.
- Coordinating with lenders, real estate agents, attorneys, HOAs, and clients.
- Managing timelines, paperwork, and communication to keep transactions on track.
- Funding transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
