POSITION: Title I Tutor - 4 positions available

Starting 2026-2027 school year

LOCATION: Fairborn Intermediate School

SALARY: $35.61/hour, up to 18 hours per week, Monday-Thursday (Tuesday-Friday when there is a Monday holiday)

DUE DATE: Until Filled

QUALIFICATIONS: Must have Valid Ohio Certificate/Licensure

• Highly qualified in areas of Reading and Mathematics.
• Experience with tutoring and small group instruction preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret student grades and assessment results.
• Ability to take assessment results and input from classroom teachers in preparing materials and activities for use in tutoring at risk students.
• Ability to gather, collate and distribute data based on student reading levels and skills.
• Willingness to communicate progress to parents and students.
• Love of students and true desire to see them be successful.
