Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree and NC Educator License.
They report to the Principal and Assistant Principal and supervise small groups of students.
Responsibilities include collaborating with teachers, maintaining lesson plans and schedules, implementing behavior management, ensuring student safety, and providing feedback on student performance.
They follow emergency procedures, maintain confidentiality, participate in training, foster positive relationships, and perform additional duties as assigned.
Performance is evaluated according to district policies.
Term of employment is part-time, with hours and pay established annually by administration.
