Job Title: Title Department Associate
Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid- up to 4 days in-office)
Pay: $18/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Summary
The Title Department Associate supports daily operations across loan servicing and title functions within a high-volume financial services environment. This role is responsible for completing a variety of back-office tasks with accuracy and efficiency while meeting established service levels, compliance standards, and performance metrics.
This position requires strong attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to manage shifting priorities. Team members collaborate cross-functionally and play a key role in delivering a consistent, high-quality experience for customers and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Process loan and lease payments accurately within required turnaround times
- Manage vehicle title processes from initial setup through final release
- Complete administrative servicing tasks, including escalations, credit disputes, account updates, inbound documentation, and partner requests
- Provide operational support to team leads, including assisting with workload distribution
- Act as a liaison between internal departments and third-party vendors
- Monitor daily workflow and production to ensure SLA and KPI targets are achieved
- Identify process delays or issues and escalate to appropriate teams for resolution
- Offer guidance or support to peers to encourage quality and performance improvements when needed
- Participate in system testing, process updates, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Perform additional duties as business needs evolve
Qualifications
- Previous experience in financial services, banking, insurance, or title processing preferred
- Familiarity with payment posting, account servicing, or transactional processing is a plus
- Experience working in performance-driven environments with measurable goals (SLA/KPI)
- Comfortable documenting and tracking work within internal systems
- Exposure to quality assurance or audit processes is beneficial
- Ability to maintain accuracy and productivity in a compliance-driven setting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and general office tools
- Able to meet deadlines while maintaining quality under pressure
