Title Clerk

Setting/Hours: 100% In-Office | Full-time

Join trak group in partnering with a growing client in West Chester, Ohio that’s expanding its Shared Services team. 

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Title Clerk for a contract position at our West Chester location. The Title Clerk will be responsible for processing title paperwork, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with state regulations. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Process and prepare vehicle title documentation to ensure accurate and timely completion of sales transactions

  • Verify all title information for accuracy and compliance with state regulations

  • Coordinate with DMV offices to facilitate proper title processing and adherence to legal requirements

  • Partner with sales and finance teams to gather required documentation and support transaction flow

  • Resolve title discrepancies and issues efficiently to avoid delays

  • Maintain organized and accurate records of all title-related activities


Required Skills:


  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to ensure accuracy in documentation

  • Effective communication and customer service abilities to support both internal teams and external partners

  • Proficiency in title processing systems and Microsoft Office tools

  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities efficiently

  • Familiarity with state-specific title regulations and DMV processes is a plus

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in a title processing or related administrative role preferred

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
