Key Responsibilities
- Process and submit new and used vehicle titles and registrations with the DMV
- Pay and post WebDealer ACH transactions for title and license TTL fees
- Review title and funding schedules on a weekly basis
- Submit white slips for payment of drafts
- Ensure compliance with all state title regulations, fees, and deadlines
- Maintain accurate, organized records while managing multiple priorities
Employee Prerequisites
- Dealership experience with automotive titles (required)
- Strong attention to detail and time‑management skills
- Comfortable using computers; Tekion experience is a plus
- Ability to multitask and keep pace in a high‑volume environment
- Self‑starter who works well independently and collaboratively
- Flexible, professional, and reliable with a strong work ethic
