The company focuses on providing efficient, cost-effective title and escrow solutions to lenders and real estate professionals, emphasizing streamlined closings and strong customer service.

We are looking for an experienced Title and Escrow Curative Representative to join our great team in Orange County, CA. Hybrid is an option too.

Job Details

** Hybrid (2 days in the office) is an option! This is a contract with an option for a permanent position **

  • Perform clerical and administrative tasks related to clearing title issues
  • Review title reports to identify clouds on the title and determine required curative actions
  • Manage and work on an active pipeline of new and existing files
  • Provide customer service via phone and email, responding to client inquiries
  • Work simultaneously with multiple clients while adhering to each client’s specific guidelines
  • Train, collaborate with, and lead offshore partners supporting the curative process

Execute curative steps, including:
  • Ordering payoffs
  • Coordinating subordinations
  • Preparing or obtaining deeds
  • Resolving judgments, liens, HOA issues, and other title defects

Required Knowledge, Skills & Technology
  • 2+ years of related title, curative, or escrow experience
  • General understanding of title products and customer service workflows
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to navigate computerized data entry and title systems
  • SoftPro experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Basic math skills
  • Strong problem-solving and common-sense judgment
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
