Bowman has an opportunity for a Title Abstractor III to join our team on a hybrid basis in Manassas or Richmond, VA.PurposeProvides advanced right-of-way title research and analysis to support public and private infrastructure projects. This role independently performs complex title examinations, identifies ownership interests and encumbrances, and prepares accurate title documentation to support property acquisition, easements, and regulatory compliance.
