Responsibilities: Job Summary: Job Summary

Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions:

  • Develops and demonstrates technical knowledge relating to positive partner relations, coaching and partner development skills
  • Under direct supervision and guidance, provides performance feedback to partners
  • Under the guidance of higher leadership levels, provides direct assistance in resolving partner issues and concerns
  • Fosters, promotes, and ensures compliance with process & facility and governmental safety requirements
  • Assists in the development of Partner work schedules that business needs are met
  • Works with partners to ensure understanding and commitment of daily business goals
  • Develops thorough understanding of and monitors and adjusts product flow processes to ensure on-time delivery and equipment slotting schedules are achieved
  • Ensures adequate numbers of all types of vehicles to meet business needs
  • Researches and responds to customer inquiries and makes necessary corrections
  • Develops an understanding of and monitors productivity and throughput against goals and takes appropriate action to meet goals
  • Prepares and executes the purchasing of tires and tire supplies
  • Assists in the tracking and processing of all Fleet Maintenance tire invoices
  • Monitors daily work volume and suggests appropriate balance of staffing levels and overtime
  • Works with leadership team and partners to develop a thorough understanding or causes of equipment & product damage and works with all partners to reduce damage and increase equipment life
  • Maintains a clean, safe, well organized, and pest free facility
  • Identifies, addresses, and resolves sanitation, maintenance and safety issues

Qualifications & Key Requirements:

Work Experience:
  • 3+ years 3-5 years related experience - Required


Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
  • Basic working knowledge and compliance: industry, DOT, OSHA, EEOC, EPA and state Employment Laws - Required
  • Strong multi-tasking and attention to detail skills required - Required
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills - Required
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and influence people and process situations - Required
  • Demonstrated proficiency with operating internal and external software systems at a basic to intermediate level - Required


Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree / associate's degree or 3-5 years related experience - Required


Licenses/Certifications:
  • Attendance and completion of company sponsored training and development classes required - Required
  • Participation in Leadership training and BET - Required


Physical Demands & Working Conditions:
  • Function in a fast-paced, retail, office environment
  • Sit for an extended period of time
  • Hand / Finger dexterity
  • Lift 20 lbs or more on an occasional basis
  • Work extended hours
  • Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs for 5 feet
  • Must be willing to work flexible schedules
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
