As a Timekeeping Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring labor data integrity across field operations. You’ll work closely with internal systems, offshore reconciliation partners, and field leadership to maintain compliance, support payroll accuracy, and ensure labor is properly allocated. Key Responsibilities of the Timekeeping Coordinator



  • Review and validate technician time entries to ensure accurate allocation to work orders or overhead pay types as the Timekeeping Coordinator.

  • Partner with the offshore reconciliation team that performs initial GPS‑based time reviews, providing oversight and follow‑up as the Timekeeping Coordinator

  • Escalate time entry discrepancies, exceptions, or policy violations and coordinate resolution with supervisors as the Timekeeping Coordinator.

  • Investigate GPS misalignment issues, document corrections, and maintain audit‑ready records as the Timekeeping Coordinator.

  • Reconcile and close daily labor logs within internal timekeeping systems while serving as the primary resource for labor tracking questions as the Timekeeping Coordinator.



Qualifications for the Timekeeping Coordinator



  • Prior experience in timekeeping, payroll, technician dispatch, or labor tracking roles

  • Strong Excel skills with familiarity using time‑tracking or GPS‑based workforce systems

  • Highly detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently while escalating issues appropriately
