We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced
Timekeeping / Payroll Specialist with expertise in managing complex workforce scheduling, timesheet processing, and payroll execution. In this role, you will be responsible for administering daily time and attendance workflows through SchedulePro, managing integration and payroll processing in SAP, and ensuring strict compliance with regulatory frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily timesheet collections, audit timecard approvals, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Interface with plant, site, or field managers to ensure complex shift rules, union/non-union rules, and overtime protocols are correctly applied.
- Execute end-to-end payroll processing and validation in SAP (ERP / Employee Central Payroll).
- Reconcile timesheet data from SAP to ensure accurate calculation of regular hours, overtime, shift differentials, and paid leave.
- Maintain payroll master data, process retro-adjustments, and handle complex payroll tax and deduction structures.
- Run standard and custom reports for payroll audits, labor distribution, and financial reporting.
Qualifications & Requirements- 5+ years of hands-on experience in payroll administration, high-volume time tracking, and timesheet reconciliation.
- Direct experience working with SAP and Excel, and SchedulePro is preferred.
- Active TWIC card (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) or the ability to obtain one.
- Oil & Gas Industry experience is preferred
Education:- High School Diploma or GED

Pay Range:The pay range for this position is $25-$29 hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
Please Note:Must have a valid driver's license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.
