    You'll help students build confidence and independence through therapy services that make a lasting impact — all while surviving glitter, group projects, and school spirit week.

     

    Qualifications/Desired Experience:

    • Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
    • Active OT license (or eligibility) for North Carolina
    • Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
    • Familiarity with ESY (Extended School Year) services is a plus
    • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities

    Some things to expect:

    • Deliver individualized OT services to students in accordance with IEPs
    • Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to support student achievement
    • Document progress, participate in team meetings, and provide input for ongoing student needs
    • Adapt therapy activities to diverse learning and developmental requirements
    • Serve as a positive, resourceful presence within the school community
