The Time and Attendance Administrator supports the day-to-day administration of the organization's timecard and time and attendance system to help ensure accurate, timely, and policy-compliant time entry and approvals. This role provides user support, assists with issue resolution, maintains system data and configuration, and coordinates with Payroll, Human Resources, Information Technology, Finance, and Operations. The Time and Attendance Administrator also supports reporting, training, and process consistency across the organization.
What You Will Do:
Support the day-to-day administration of the organization's timecard and time and attendance system.
Maintain system data and configuration elements, including hour types, labor categories, projects/cost centers, approval workflows, holiday calendars, absence accruals, and user access, in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Assist with the configuration and maintenance of time entry rules, time and absence calculations, leave and absence plans, and country specific labor requirements.
Review time entry and approval activity to help monitor compliance with deadlines, absence policies, internal controls, and established timekeeping requirements.
Serve as a point of contact for employees and approvers regarding timecard entry, absence plans, corrections, exceptions, and workflow status.
Troubleshoot routine timecard issues and coordinate escalation of more complex system or integration issues, as needed.
Support the development and maintenance of time compliance and exception reports, absence accrual reports, and overtime analytics.
Process or support retroactive adjustments to time and absence data and ensure discrepancies are corrected prior to payroll and billing deadlines.
Assist in developing user guides, training materials, and adjust time and absence systems to reflect changes to the business (new entities and acquisitions).
Support recurring and ad-hoc reporting needs for Payroll, Human Resources, Finance, and operational stakeholders.
Assist with system updates, testing activities, and process improvements under the guidance of the Time and Attendance Manager.
What You Will Need:
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
Relevant experience supporting timecard, time and attendance, payroll, HRIS, or workforce management processes.
Experience providing user support, resolving routine system issues, and working with cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience with data entry, reporting, reconciliation, or administrative support in a systems-based environment.
Experience assisting with training materials, user documentation, or process communications is preferred.
Experience supporting payroll and/or billing cycles is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Knowledge of timekeeping, time and attendance, or workforce administration processes.

Ability to learn and apply the ABS Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental Management System.
Reporting Relationships
This role will report to the Time and Attendance Manager and will work closely with Payroll, Human Resources, Information Technology, Finance, Operations, and Project Accounting. This role does not typically have direct reports and serves as an administrative and operational support resource for employees, approvers, and internal stakeholders.
