Our client is a leading e-commerce growth partner that helps consumer brands scale across major online marketplaces and digital commerce channels.
As social commerce continues to evolve, our client is expanding its TikTok Shop and affiliate marketing capabilities and is seeking an experienced TikTok Shop Channel Manager to help lead this initiative.
This role will be responsible for managing and growing TikTok Shop channels across multiple brands while helping build and scale a newly expanded affiliate and creator marketing offering.
The ideal candidate combines hands-on TikTok Shop expertise with strong project management, relationship-building, and growth strategy skills.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage TikTok Shop strategy and execution across a portfolio of many different brands
- Oversee storefront setup, product listings, promotions, shop health, catalog management, and overall channel performance
- Develop and execute growth strategies designed to increase visibility, engagement, conversion rates, and revenue
- Help build and scale affiliate and creator marketing programs across multiple brands
- Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate and creator relationships that drive awareness, traffic, and sales
- Coordinate campaigns, partnerships, deliverables, and timelines across multiple stakeholders
- Serve as the primary point of contact for TikTok Shop initiatives, ensuring alignment between clients, creators, affiliates, and internal teams
- Monitor performance metrics including GMV, conversion rates, affiliate contribution, product performance, and overall shop health
- Analyze campaign results and provide actionable recommendations to improve outcomes
- Manage multiple brands, campaigns, and priorities simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Stay current on TikTok Shop updates, platform features, creator trends, algorithm changes, and social commerce best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify new opportunities for growth, product launches, promotions, and creator partnerships
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop channels, Seller Center operations, and platform growth initiatives
- Strong understanding of TikTok's ecosystem, culture, and how content influences purchasing behavior
- Proven success growing TikTok Shop sales, social commerce channels, or affiliate marketing programs
- Experience recruiting, managing, and scaling affiliate, creator, or influencer partnerships
- Exceptional project management skills and the ability to manage multiple brands and initiatives simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and develop actionable growth strategies
- Experience managing campaigns from planning and execution through reporting and optimization
- Excellent communication and relationship-management skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience within e-commerce, marketplace management, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or social commerce
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, Shopify, or other e-commerce channels is a plus
- Experience managing multiple brands or client accounts simultaneously
- Familiarity with creator marketplaces, affiliate management platforms, and influencer outreach tools
- Understanding of paid social strategies and how they complement affiliate and organic TikTok Shop growth
- Agency experience is a plus
