PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND POSITION PURPOSE:
The Tiki Bartender role is to create the finest experiences for our guests, provide exceptional service and product, create a connection with guests and coworkers to build an environment of warmth, energy, teamwork and professionalism.

SCHEDULE / HOLIDAYS/ PTO:
The Tiki Bartender is expected to normally keep a 4 day a week schedule, adjusted based on business demands, and be available during peak season without restrictions. Working days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required, with no time off granted during typical blackout periods i.e., Memorial Day Weekend, Fourth of July and surrounding days, Labor Day Weekend, etc. Time off requests should be submitted with a minimum 2 weeks notice and cannot be guaranteed during peak business season.
