This is a 2nd shift position, Monday - Thursday, 3:30pm - 2am
Weekend shift is eligible for an 8% shift differential on base pay
Effective July 7, 2026, Sign-On Bonus: $3000, for new applicants. Paid out: 1st half in 30 days, and 2nd half in 60 days once on the company's payroll.
Duties/Responsibilities
Perform various types of weld preparation, welding, and weld finishing operations to manufacture products according to customer drawings, specifications, or other instructions.
Interpret mechanical drawings, including weld requirement symbology.
Conduct process inspection, certification, and documentation.
Maintain welding equipment and perform other duties as assigned by the area supervisor.
Required Skills/Abilities
Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
Ability to read blueprints and instructions.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in welding techniques.
Knowledge of wire and filler materials applications for various steel alloys, aluminum, and some exotic materials.
Working knowledge of fixturing and weld setup parameters (amps, volts, etc.).
Capable of reading wiring schematics.
Education and Experience
High School diploma or equivalent.
Successful completion of an internal welding test.
Minimum 1-year experience in various forms of welding.
