Job Title: TIG Welder
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team in Lakeland, FL. In this role, you will perform TIG welding operations on stainless steel components, primarily for small-batch, single-piece, or limited production runs, including semi-finished assemblies. The position involves interpreting welding instructions and technical documentation to produce components that meet defined quality criteria and efficiency expectations.
Responsibilities
Carry out TIG welding operations on stainless steel components.
Interpret welding instructions and technical documentation.
Prepare, adjust, and verify welding equipment according to established procedures.
Ensure tasks are completed within prescribed timelines and production targets.
Conduct routine upkeep and basic servicing of tools and measuring devices.
Operate industrial handling equipment safely, including cranes and load-securing equipment.
Inspect incoming and completed parts for correct quantity, dimensional accuracy, and overall quality.
Essential Skills
Experience with stainless steel TIG welding.
Proficiency in welding, blueprint reading, and TIG/MIG welding techniques.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and follow quality requirements.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
