Horne Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking an ambitious, customer-focused Tier 1 Technician - Comfort Consultant to join our growing Charlotte team. As a Tier 1 Technician - Comfort Consultant, you will meet with homeowners through company-provided appointments to evaluate their heating and cooling needs and recommend customized comfort solutions that fit their homes and budgets. You will build rapport, assess existing HVAC systems, present equipment and financing options, answer questions, and guide customers through the purchasing process with honesty and professionalism. Working closely with Horne's installation and operations teams, you will help ensure a seamless customer experience from initial consultation through project completion.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum two years of in-home sales, home services, or consultative customer-facing experience
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational and computer skills
  • Professional written and verbal communication
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Residential HVAC sales or service experience
  • ServiceTitan experience
  • Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills
