Kforce has a client that is seeking a Tier 1 Support Analyst in Jacksonville, FL.

Duties Include:

  • Provide first-level support for end users via phone, email, and ticketing system
  • Analyze and troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate as needed
  • Manage and resolve support tickets efficiently and accurately
