Precision Resources, a division of The Trimarc Group, Inc. is currently seeking an experienced Tier 1 Helpdesk Technician to join our client in Birmingham, Alabama. This is an excellent opportunity with a growing organization and offers the ability to work 2 days from home each week. This position requires someone work between the hours of 8AM and 5PM, Monday through Friday.
The primary role of the Tier 1 Helpdesk Technician is to serve as the main point of contact for supporting all first level IT support needs. This individual will work in a team to ensure coverage for various methods of inbound activity.
This position requires a strict adherence to providing detailed documentation and following already-established processes and escalation procedures.
