Ideal Candidate Profile

Someone with 2–4 years in IT support, application monitoring, or a junior DBA/analyst role. Comfortable with SQL, good under pressure, and a strong communicator.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Watch dashboards and monitoring tools for application issues
  • Receive and triage tickets from end-users
  • Resolve what you can, escalate what you can't
  • Write KBAs and SOPs (basically building the team's knowledge library)
  • Sit in with developers to help root-cause bugs
  • Write SQL queries to investigate data issues
