Ideal Candidate Profile
Someone with 2–4 years in IT support, application monitoring, or a junior DBA/analyst role. Comfortable with SQL, good under pressure, and a strong communicator.
- Watch dashboards and monitoring tools for application issues
- Receive and triage tickets from end-users
- Resolve what you can, escalate what you can't
- Write KBAs and SOPs (basically building the team's knowledge library)
- Sit in with developers to help root-cause bugs
- Write SQL queries to investigate data issues

This is a Tier 1.5 / Tier 2 Production Support role sitting between the helpdesk and the development team. You're the person keeping 70+ live government applications running smoothly, triaging issues, writing documentation, and acting as the bridge between end-users and developers.
