Pay: We offer our Third-Party Collections Negotiator - Collector a competitive wage of $16–$20 per hour plus commission, OTE being $25-$30.

WHAT ARE THE HOURS?
This role is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM.
WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?
As our Third-Party Collections Negotiator - Collector, you'll engage with consumers by phone, using your expertise to navigate conversations, identify solutions, and negotiate payment arrangements on large-balance accounts. You'll represent our firm professionally as you manage a steady call flow, navigate challenges, and drive successful resolutions. Your ability to connect, listen, and negotiate will shape your success and make each day both productive and rewarding.
