Responsibilities include arriving early and staying late, assuming managerial duties during absences, greeting and helping customers, and maintaining product knowledge.
They unload deliveries, operate the POS system, handle inventory, and perform routine store maintenance. The role requires strong communication, sales skills, and a commitment to animals and their owners.
Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and climbing ladders. Candidates must be 18+, have a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience.
