About The Role
You’ll work directly with patients during regenerative and rehabilitative therapies while helping create a comfortable, encouraging, and high-energy clinic experience. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where positive energy and patient interaction matter every day

What You’ll Be Doing
- Set patients up on SoftWave and decompression therapy equipment
- Assist with spinal decompression and rehabilitative therapy sessions
- Educate patients during therapies and answer basic questions
- Maintain clean, organized treatment rooms and equipment
- Help patients feel comfortable and supported during treatments
- Support clinic flow and maintain positive energy throughout the day
- Work closely with doctors and therapy teams to deliver exceptional care
What We’re Looking For
- Positive, upbeat, and professional attitude
- Comfortable staying physically active throughout the workday
- Strong communication and people skills
- Reliable, organized, and coachable
- Comfortable working in a busy, patient-focused clinic environment
- Interest in health, wellness, rehabilitation, or regenerative care
- Healthcare, fitness, rehab, chiropractic, or hands-on patient care experience preferred
