AmeriCorps members will build organizational capacity by developing sustainable systems, tools, and resources that strengthen long-term program effectiveness. Members will create and document volunteer recruitment, engagement, and recognition systems; develop community partnership and stakeholder engagement procedures; standardize evaluation and data tracking tools; and create outreach materials, communication strategies, and resource guides for staff use. Members will also develop grant tracking systems, implementation guides, training materials, and standard operating procedures that support consistent program delivery and future growth. These activities will increase organizational efficiency, improve access to services for underserved populations, strengthen community partnerships, and equip staff and volunteers with resources that can be sustained beyond the AmeriCorps service term.
