    Metal Worker

    Braze Operator Duties:

    Notching and routing of cracksVisual inspection for cracks using a 10X magnifierMixing braze alloys with appropriate powders/liquidsDry honing/ grit blasting in an enclosed booth wearing protection glovesApply braze alloys and stop off using a syringePerform general departmental housekeeping regularlySustain production standards and qualityPerform in-process visual inspections, dimensional inspections and cosmetic final clean upRegular attendance and punctuality requiredAdhere to and promote Corporate Code of Ethical StandardsEnsure compliance with Company IPM/QPM and ISO quality requirements along with NADCAPDocumenting travelers accurately after operations are performedFollow and utilize Lean Manufacturing principlesMaintain, implement and improve 5S principlesAdhere to and improve safety regulationsPerform other duties as assigned

    Moving parts & materials to next operationUse hand tools to form the braze pre-forms

    Resistance tack welding
