You'll perform preventive and reactive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems, handling repairs and inspections to ensure guest safety and comfort. Responsibilities include minor carpentry, painting, troubleshooting equipment issues, and emergency response.
Requires a high school diploma, relevant experience, trade licenses (preferred), and a valid driver’s license. Safety adherence and physical stamina are essential.
