The Club Bar - Busser

Working alongside Food and Beverage Management Team at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, we are seeking a Busser for The Club Bar who possesses a genuine warmth and sense of hospitality.

Key Accountabilities

• Multitask efficiently and in a composed manner.
• Work with the Servers and Bartenders to execute a seamless service for the guests.
• Ability to communicate confidently with guests and assist with their requests.
• Friendly demeanor and great "connection" with people
• responsible for getting everything to and from the tables, accurately, quickly and gracefully.
• assist in the control of the information flow into the kitchen and the timing of dishes out to the dining room
• Ensure consistency of the correct service techniques for all meal periods

General Requirements

• Prior experience in a high energy, fast paced bar atmosphere or luxury hotel experience
• Food Handlers Certification and Responsible Beverage certification
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to a variety of service settings including dining, event, terrace, etc.
• Flexible schedule (ability to work on nights, weekends and holidays)
