We're looking for professionals who take pride in solving difficult problems, maintaining high productivity, and delivering repairs done right the first time.
What You'll Be Doing
Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on domestic, Asian, and European vehicles
Diagnose drivability, electrical, engine performance, and complex vehicle system concerns
Conduct root-cause analysis and develop effective repair strategies
Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) accurately and efficiently
Collaborate with service advisors and fellow technicians on complex repairs
Mentor and support less experienced technicians when appropriate
Maintain efficient workflow and productivity standards
Deliver high-quality repairs with minimal comebacks
Contribute to a positive, professional shop environment
What We're Looking For
Minimum 5 years of recent automotive repair experience
Strong B-Level Technician ready to grow or experienced A-Level Technician
Proven diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
Experience working in a professional automotive repair environment
Strong understanding of vehicle systems and repair procedures
ASE Certifications preferred
ASE Master Certification a plus
Smog License is a plus
Strong work ethic and production mindset
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Positive attitude and team-first mentality
Clean driving record
