The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) will work under physician supervision to deliver patient-centered care for acute and chronic pain conditions.
Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, managing medications (including controlled substances), interpreting diagnostic tests, assisting with procedures, educating patients, coordinating care, documenting in EMR, and supporting quality and safety initiatives.
Minimum requirements include certification as a Physician's Assistant, APRN, or Nurse Practitioner, with preferred experience in pain management, interventional procedures, and controlled substance monitoring. Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills are essential.
