About the role
SUMMARY:
The Director HR Business Partner is a strategic business partner to Akkodis North America business leaders, providing HR expertise and business acumen to drive organizational success. Reporting to the VP HRBP, this role is accountable for defining and executing comprehensive people strategies for the Business Unit that align with and support business objectives. With emphasis on driving end-to-end talent strategy and supporting processes within designated business units, the Director HRBP leverages HR expertise to develop and implement effective people-focused business strategies supporting the upskilling and reskilling of the workforce, while advancing organizational capability in emerging areas including artificial intelligence and digital transformation. The Director HRBP drives talent optimization throughout the business and serves as a catalyst for organizational change and innovation, directly contributing to measurable business results through strategic HR initiatives and talent-driven solutions.

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business management or a related discipline with a minimum of seven (7) years of related human resources experience, with a minimum of three (3) years as an HR Business Partner with broad knowledge and experience in all aspects of talent development.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $103,815 - $190,328. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, key skills, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the position is also eligible for incentive compensation based on achievements outlined in the compensation plan. Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis up to 152 hours a year, 10 Paid Holidays, 1 Community Service Day, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year
