Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and safety-focused TGCM Technician to support the operation, maintenance, and monitoring of bulk gas, specialty gas, and chemical delivery systems in a highly regulated industrial environment.

 

Job Description

  • Operate and maintain liquid bulk, specialty gas, and chemical delivery systems and equipment.
  • Monitor and execute liquid bulk delivery and trailer transfer operations according to established procedures.
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities on gas and chemical equipment.
  • Conduct daily operational rounds, including: Recording equipment readings and process data, Completing safety inspections, Monitoring online systems and alarms, Performing chemical tote, drum, and gas cylinder change-outs, Perform minor analytical testing and sampling procedures.
  • Provide initial assessments of equipment and process issues and escalate technical concerns as appropriate.
  • Participate in ongoing technical training and qualification programs.
  • Complete required on-the-job training and qualification milestones within designated timeframes.
  • Support contractor and team member training activities when needed.
  • Contribute to operational excellence initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Actively participate in site safety programs and operational training initiatives.
  • Serve as a member of the Emergency Response Team.
  • Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HS&E) standards and procedures.
  • Follow all requirements related to: Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Forklift Operations, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Confined Space Entry, Hazard Communication Programs
  • Manage hazardous waste activities, including: Proper handling and transfer, Labeling and documentation, Spill response and containment procedures

 

Skills Required

  • Minimum of 1 year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Strong mechanical and electro-mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to learn technical processes and procedures quickly.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse, inventory, or industrial operations.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and develop new skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in emergency or high-pressure situations.
  • Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to accept coaching and feedback.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in one or more of the following industries is highly desirable: Semiconductor manufacturing, Specialty gas or chemical operations, Military technical or electronics fields, Nuclear operations, Industrial manufacturing environments, Process operations or utilities

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED

 

Pay Rate

  • $21 per hour (Compensation is offered based on experience, skills, and market factors)
  • $3 shift differential for night shift
