• Onsite support to reduce cleric burden and keep you practicing medicine: APP's, LVNs, MAs, RN nurse navigators, community health workers, social workers, experienced practice managers, and peer physicians
• Hospital transition clinic helps Family Medicine focus on continuity and preventative care 
• Incentives for oversight of Advanced Practice Providers-not mandatory
