OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Testing & Process Documentation Lead for a project‑based consulting engagement. This contract role is hybrid in Hartford, CT, with on‑site presence required three days per week. ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate testing activities, partnering with centralized and local teams to support execution and deliveryManage and coordinate testing resource pools, including scheduling, tracking, and reportingDevelop, maintain, and update process documentation to support business and operational needsLeverage AI‑enabled documentation tools (e.g., Klarity or similar platforms) to accelerate documentation and knowledge captureProvide accounting role backfill support during peak periods as needed QualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or other related fields 10+ years of overall professional experience.Oracle Fusion experience preferred, in finance or accounting process areasStrong experience in test coordination, test management, or UAT supportProven background in process documentation within complex or regulated environmentsFamiliarity with AI‑driven documentation tools (e.g., Klarity or similar solutions)Ability to serve on‑site at least 3 days per week in Hartford, CTQualified applicants must reside in the continental U.S.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future.
