Express is seeking a Testing and Repair Technician to work in Plano.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Must be able to troubleshoot hardware down to the chip level and perform circuit board repairs.
• Perform cabling and mechanical implementations, and make quality recommendations for improvements.
• Operate an oscilloscope and troubleshoot RF circuit boards.
• Build test fixtures to improve automated testing processes.
• Learn and effectively use company test equipment, while providing recommendations to engineers for improvements.
• Manage all RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations) from the time they are received through repair and refurbishment, ensuring readiness for return shipment to customers.
• Utilize a computer to log and document troubleshooting guides and techniques.

You should be proficient in:

• Surface Mount Re-work
• Electrical / Electronic Systems
• Blueprint Reading

Machines & technologies you'll use:

• RFID Systems
