Job Summary:
Support the design, planning, installation, and maintenance of Vision Systems and Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) machines and equipment. Engineers will interpret the product specifications and develop vision inspection systems to ensure the electronic products assembly and solder quality. Using vision inspection systems we ensure inverter products sold to our customers have zero defects and are ready to be installed in hybrid and electric vehicles.

Competent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills
Analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze and interpret large amounts of data
Project management/organization and scheduling abilities
Problem solving skills, vision troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
Capable of programming vision systems and familiarity with various strengths and weaknesses of competing vison technologies
Technical reporting
Basic knowledge of CAD (AutoCAD or SolidWorks) and engineering software
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
