High School diploma or equivalent
Previous test experience or equivalent education
Must be a U.S. Person
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Ability to prepare accurate test documentation and maintain detailed daily process logs
Ability to collaborate with engineering and production stakeholders on testing strategies, troubleshooting, and planning
Ability to disassemble products from test fixtures, clean, and prepare items for final inspection
Computer skills (MS Outlook, Excel, Word, Access)
Knowledge of Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) and ESD mitigation principles
Ability to troubleshoot electrical issues using a standard digital multimeter (DMM)
Team-oriented mindset with initiative, accountability, and effective communication skills
Preferred Skills
IPC J-STD-001 certification
Technical degree in an electronics-related curriculum
Work experience in production, test, or related fields
Electrical and/or mechanical troubleshooting experience
What You’ll Do
Prepare test documentation and set up fixtures required for accelerometer testing
Initiate and maintain test operations through completion, including rate table and vibration testing
Document daily test activity, faults, and anomalies in detailed process logs
Partner with the electrical engineer and production manager on test planning, troubleshooting, and strategy
Perform final testing on customer equipment as validation prior to delivery
Finalize products after testing (disassemble from fixture, cleaning, etc.)
Prepare products for final inspection by gathering/validating paperwork and database routing
Support other production-related tasks during test periods that do not require observation
