Pay Rate: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedules:

• 1st shift Weekends | Friday - Monday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• 2nd shift Weekends | Thursday - Monday and Wednesday - Sunday | 2:00 PM-10:30 PM

Training Schedule: 1st Shift | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Test Technician Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in electronics, Electro-Mechanical Automation, or equivalent work experience
• 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or test environment (fast-paced preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of vacuum and pneumatic technologies
• Ability to read schematics, use test equipment, and stay on schedule with a sense of urgency
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting 25-50 lbs. as needed
• Strong teamwork, dependability, and communication skills

Job Duties

• Work at the assembly line
• Inspecting, testing, and assembling gas delivery systems and components
• Troubleshooting and performing corrective actions on failed assemblies and sub-assemblies
• Conducting helium leak and module testing
• Reading and interpreting schematics to verify functionality
• Supporting cleanroom operations and adhering to safety standards

What You Will Do

As a Test Technician you will inspect incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to verify compliance with quality standards and engineering specifications. You will use precision measuring equipment, document inspection results, identify nonconforming materials, support corrective actions, and help maintain quality records while promoting safe and efficient manufacturing operations.

A Test Technician supports manufacturing excellence by inspecting products for quality, accuracy, and compliance with established specifications. This role combines technical inspection skills with documentation, organization, and attention to detail.

The Test Technician works with measuring instruments, inspection reports, and quality procedures to verify product conformity while helping identify opportunities for process improvement. Strong analytical skills support consistent manufacturing quality.
