Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and perform testing on production assemblies and equipment.
  • Assemble, modify, calibrate, and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical systems.
  • Diagnose and correct equipment malfunctions by adjusting or replacing components.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and test equipment.
  • Collect, analyze, and document test data and results.
  • Support quality control and process improvement activities.
  • Train and provide guidance to junior technicians.
  • Assist with small projects, testing activities, and technical reporting.

Required Experience

  • 4+ years of experience as a Test Technician, Engineering Technician, Manufacturing Technician, or similar role.
  • Experience with mechanical and/or electrical testing.
  • Ability to read schematics, drawings, and technical documentation.
  • Experience using test equipment, measuring devices, and troubleshooting tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
