- Required Skills: 10+ years of Test Management experience, strong expertise in Data & Payments projects, SQL, ETL/Data Testing, API Testing, Test Automation, CI/CD, and Financial Services domain.
- Lead the end-to-end testing strategy for backend systems, including ETL pipelines, APIs, web applications, and data services.
- Design and execute test cases to validate data ingestion, transformation, reconciliation, and payment processing workflows.
- Perform data validation using SQL to ensure data accuracy, integrity, lineage, and compliance across batch and real-time environments.
- Conduct API and service-level testing, including functional, integration, performance, and error-handling validation.
- Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality assurance.
- Manage test data strategy, including synthetic data creation, sensitive data masking, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with development, data engineering, and business teams to resolve defects and ensure high-quality software delivery.
