Position Summary

The Recruitment Operations Manager is responsible for optimizing, managing, and scaling the recruitment function's operational infrastructure. This role ensures hiring processes are efficient, data-driven, compliant, and aligned with organizational growth objectives. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong operational execution and stakeholder management skills.


Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment Operations & Process Optimization

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve end-to-end recruitment workflows.

  • Standardize hiring processes across departments and regions.

  • Develop and maintain SOPs, SLAs, and process documentation.

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

2. Technology & Systems Management

  • Manage and optimize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

  • Evaluate and implement new recruitment technologies and automation solutions.

  • Ensure system integrations between ATS, HRIS, and onboarding platforms.

  • Maintain data integrity and reporting accuracy.

3. Workforce Planning & Capacity Management

  • Partner with business leaders to forecast hiring needs.

  • Monitor recruiter workload and capacity planning.

  • Support high-volume and strategic hiring initiatives.

4. Data & Analytics

  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness).

  • Develop dashboards and executive reporting.

  • Use data insights to improve hiring outcomes and candidate experience.

5. Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.

  • Negotiate contracts and ensure service-level compliance.

  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and department heads to align hiring strategies.

6. Team Leadership

  • Lead and develop recruitment coordinators or operations specialists.

  • Provide training on systems and recruitment best practices.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in recruitment operations or leadership.

  • Strong experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever).

  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement and project management.

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
