Job TitleSupport the development, and troubleshooting of automated test systemsJob DescriptionResponsibilities:Design and maintain automated test hardware and software for production environments.Develop PCB layouts for test fixtures using Altium Designer.Troubleshoot test equipment and perform failure analysis to minimize production downtime.Improve test coverage, automation, and overall manufacturing efficiency.Analyze test results and prepare technical documentation and customer reports.Support calibration, validation, and maintenance of production test equipment.Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams on process improvements.Ensure compliance with ISO9001, AS9100, and internal quality standards.Train production personnel on new test procedures and equipment.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
