We are looking for a Senior Test Automation Engineer/ Test Automation Lead to join our growing team in New York, NY United States! Senior Test Automation Engineer/ Test Automation Lead with 10+ years of experience in automation framework design, development, and maintenance. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Tricentis Tosca, Selenium, and is comfortable working directly with clients on quality strategy and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain automation frameworks.
• Drive end to end, UI, and API automation using Tosca, Selenium.
• Collaborate directly with clients and stakeholders to define test strategies.
• Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor team members and enforce QA best practices.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years in QA and test automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Tosca, Selenium.
• Experience with qTest, VersionOne, and Cursor AI (or similar AI tools).
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Added Advantage: Healthcare domain experience (payer, provider, claims, EHR, HIPAA compliance).

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and client facing skills.
• Strong ownership and problem-solving mindset.

Must Have:

• Strong coding skills.
• Must be able to operate independently, looking for a leader who will share their feedback candidly.
• Must be a critical thinker and should not expect handholding when faced with technical/functional challenges.

Nice to Have:

• UFT/Playwright.
• Healthcare experience.
• Tosca (will make ramp up easier).
