Description ------------
As a Test Automation Engineer at Impulse, you will develop and operate the software systems that power our propulsion test infrastructure. Youll be responsible for automation data acquisition and control software used across our engine test stands, valve test benches, and other propulsion component test assets. In this role, youll collaborate closely with test operations, propulsion engineers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure rapid, reliable, and high-fidelity testing of critical flight hardware.

Travel Requirement -----------------
Occasional travel to our Mojave test site to support new test asset bring-up, onsite debugging, and coordination with the test team. Travel is planned and infrequent, focused on high-impact activities.

Compensation bands are determined by role level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual level and base pay is determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related skills, education, experience, technical capabilities, and internal equity.
In addition to base salary for full-time hires, you may also be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of stock options and access to medical, vision, and dental coverage, as well as access to a 401k retirement plan.
