The Entry-Level Test and Balance (TAB) Technician assists in testing, adjusting, and balancing HVAC systems to ensure proper airflow and system performance. Under the guidance of experienced technicians, this role supports measurements, basic diagnostics, and documentation while learning industry standards and safety practices. This role supports HVAC and exhaust system balancing in a manufacturing environment. The technician will gain hands-on experience collecting field data, troubleshooting basic airflow issues, and ensuring work aligns with project requirements and customer expectations. Work collaboratively, maintaining communication, accountability, and safety awareness. Assist during occasional evening or weekend emergencies based on customer needs.
